Did you know mindfulness is a skill? Just like other skills you’ve mastered, it takes time and practice. Each of us has the capacity to live more mindfully, but most of us are not taught how to do so.

How often do you find yourself in a never-ending thought loop of what-ifs and should-haves?
Would you like to understand, accept, and manage your emotions in a healthier way? Do you have unwanted habits or negative patterns you'd like to shift? You can! By practicing mindful awareness every day, we can learn to observe the unconscious habitual responses and thoughts which contribute to our stress and unhealthy choices, and then alter them by pausing and choosing differently.

Living more mindfully is associated with numerous physical and mental health benefits. During my Everyday Mindfulness Email Series I will share different tools and techniques for incorporating more mindfulness into everyday tasks to develop the art of living in the present moment.
